A few days in Madison, WI - Uncle Martin's old stomping ground during college.  :)

Apr. 24, 2002 - When I think of Madison Wisconsin, I think of "Oh yeah, that's where Uncle Martin went to school - University of Wisconsin, home of the Badgers" ... well, there's about a half dozen UW Engineering students who now know that Uncle Martin went there, because some very proud niece told them!  Unrelated, I was in Madison on business - International Cheese Expo.  There's an Expo for everything it seems.

Ù  ... thinking this may have been built way after Uncle Martin's graduation - but it's a beautiful building, very stainless steel.	Ù  Yes, me - after raiding the University of Wisconsin bookstore!
Ù  Shot of the southwest entrance to an established looking unit of the Engineering campus.	Ù  Material Science? Maybe they invented bubble wrap, and Styrofoam peanuts here?
Ù  Engineering Drive, a few blocks from Agriculture Street and Medical Sciences Boulevard.	Ù  Unit 2B and that 3rd floor of dorms get a bit of AM/FM interference - but XFM will come in really good! This is one of those dishes that's sole purpose is to listen for chatter in space; ETComm.
Ù  Parking	Ù  More parking.
Ù  Lots o' dishes in this neighborhood. Pointing at the moon, hhhmmm.	Ù  New UW Foundation building; very pretty lobby; no internet kiosk however (I looked - hadn't checked my email in a while).
